Kenneth Matthies New Frontier Lawn & Tree Care treated my lawn without asking.

Moving from one house to another so I sent written notice that we did not need any more lawn care. In February of 2017 they just drop by and fertilize. Called and tried asked them to remove us again from the list since we already notified them. They claim they sent us 2 notices one in Oct 16 and Nov 16 and that if we did not acknowledge those then that automatically means we want them to come work. No contract, Nothing in writing with these people. It's winter, so they are dead slow. They send out a couple trucks to keep some money rolling in. If they pull this scam on 2-3,000 people and they just pay them to go away well look at the money they have made. Tried to reason with Kenneth Matthies the owner but that was useless. Could it be possible he did send us a notice but that it just didn't get to us? Maybe lost in the mail? Could it be possible that our written notice to him did not make it? Maybe lost in the mail? Either way did not matter to him. What Kenneth Matthies should have done was apologize for the mistake or mix up and ask us to continue using him at our new home in a month when we have moved in. Good customer service. Isn't the customer what keeps you in business? No he chose to cuss and name call, scream and yell, claiming to fight to the end all for less than the price of a tank of gas. Perhaps he never considered that he may be wrong. He just came out swinging. Had he been smarter he could have made it up twice over on my new lawn but I guess that didn't enter into his mind. He claims to have 42 years experience in this business. I'm pretty sure it's been mostly in pushing the mower or raking leaves because it certainly isn't in customer service or honesty. Use this company at your own risk. I'm advising all fiends, family, clients, colleagues and anyone who will listen to use anyone else. Save yourself the hassle.
